In the naime of God Amaine, I Danial Hastey of Allegeny County being week of body and of sound mind and knowing that it is appointed for all to once to die do  make and ordain this my last will and testement an forwith and first of all I order that all my just and lawfull debt be paid and my body decently buried at the discresion of my Executors and for what worldly substance God has given me dispost of it in the manor following manor

1. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margret her bed and bed clothes with all the dressor and cubbard utinsals and heir chest together with one black mare and one cow with their increase to be keep on the place and fortey dollars a year to be paid as hereafter decreed and one rume in the manson house during her national life

2ly.  I give and bequeath to my oldest soune John one hundred dollars out of my estat besid what he has gote

3ly  I give and bequeath to my soun James ____ dollars as he his goot.  Two hundred dollars of my estate alli___

4ly  I give and bequath to my daughter Mary one bay cold together with eighty dollars out of my estate.  Saide eighty dollars to Mary is to be paide two years after my decease and the hundred to be paid to John in one year after.

5ly  I give and bequeath unto my soun Danial one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid three year after my decease

6ly  I will my soun Samuele and Thomas keep my planta__ where on I now live and have it equaly divided betwist them and all the stock of every description together with the farming utensals on their paying all the other ______ betqueathed to them in this will and hereafter to be menchend -

7ly  I will that my sound William get a horse creature worth fifty dollars and sadel and bridel and schooling equal to what the rest got and his living on the please till he is the eadge of twenty one years and then to get two hundred dollars and for what out standing debts there is I will that my wife Margret collect them and pay the debts which I owe.

And I do hereby appoint and ordain my beloved wife Margret and my beloved soun James to be Execeutors of this my last will and I do hereby renounce and annul all other wills and testaments and certify and conform this as my last will given under my hand and saile this the fortenth day of October 1806.

On the twenth day of March, AD 1807 came before me Samuel Jones Register of Wills etc: William McConnel and John Taylor, two of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will and were duty sworn according to law, deposeth and saith that they present and did see & hear Daniel Hastin sign seal and deliver pronounce publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing to be his last will & Testament, and that he was of sound mind and memory at the time of so doing to the best of their knowlege.  Witness my hand the day and year aforesaid.
